Our Story

MindBugs began as a deep-tech project designed to track propaganda and disinformation. Working with European universities and government platforms, we developed algorithms able to detect hidden narratives in millions of texts.

This work was recognized internationally. Our technology was even showcased at Francotech, where President Emmanuel Macron explored how narrative monitoring can strengthen information security.

From this foundation, we asked ourselves: If AI can reveal hidden stories in politics, why not in hospitality? The same algorithms are now applied to guest reviews, where they uncover recurring complaints, highlight what guests love, and calculate the real business impact.

Today, MindBugs helps hotels move from raw feedback to clear, confident decisions. What began as advanced research is now a simple, practical tool for every hotelier who wants to improve ratings and revenue.
